Great No Sugar Product
I really like this product, I gave up real sugar, this product tastes just like sugar not as sweet but delicious no glycemic index, no calories, no sugar and no aftertaste! My new go to for all sugar needed.

Good Value Good Product
Extremely Recommend everyone to try! There is no weird lasting or side effect. It tastes exactly like real sugar but low calorie and not affected the blood sugar! Also this is the cheapest brand!

My new sugar substitute.
Seems the other popular sugar substitutes are getting negative press on blood clotting properties. So far, allulose isn't among those. I've been using it for a couple years, along with erythritol and xylitol. But, the latter 2 have had bad press due to increase in platelet count when used. Allulose isn't as sweet as sugar, but that's ok. The only issue is if you do need more, you might get the same side effect that is known to occur - gastro issues. If I use too much, it gives me major gas. If you're into fart jokes and silly videos - this is your ticket.

Tastes Great, Some GI Issues
Allulose, in case you don't know, is a natural sugar, not a sugar alcohol. It tastes about the same as sugar though only about 70% as sweet. It has no net carbs (because it's not metabolized), doesn't spike blood sugar, and doesn't promote tooth decay. However, even though the quality of Viva Doria's allulose is fine, I can't give the product five stars. It tends to make my stomach rumble and sometimes gives me gas. So I mix it with maltitol at a 1:1 ratio. This gives me something that tastes great, has fewer calories and carbs than table sugar, with minimal impact on my gut.

Love this stuff but pricey
I really like this alot. I am trying to not eat so much sugar and this works well for the choc sauce I make at home. If you use too much you could get diareah . but there is no bad aftertaste like the other sweeteners. I just wish it was not so pricey

Allulose
I bought this allulose and honestly it’s the best sugar substitute. I love it because it doesn’t change the flavor of my coffee or desserts at all. It helps me keep my gestational diabetes under control while staying on track with my daily goals. 10/10

great product & value
I love this product, helps me keeping my sugar levels low and I get to enjoy sweet things like in my coffee & also in baking goods. The price was great I had bought different brand & I paid double for the same amount

First time user. Mixed Feelings. Mostly positive. NO after taste!
It is hard really , to describe this product. Initially when tasting it, it's very sweet, but it loses its "power" almost immediately. What I mean is when you first taste it, you'd think it was sugar, but within seconds it loses its "flavor" and it neutralizes. Like I said, it's hard to explain the taste profile. I've used it in coffee, and on strawberries, and in fresh lemonade. IT worked in all of those scenarios, but I had to virtually double the amount compared to regular sugar to get a similar sweetness from it. Overall, it's NOT bad, but I will admit to being just a bit disappointed. Now, that said, others might find it great and sweet enough. The one great thing I can say? It exhibits virtually NO aftertaste like with other artificial sweeteners. IT tastes good from start to finish, and so, give it a try. You, might love it! I will try baking with it and if there is anything worth mentioning, I will edit my review!
