Quality is good as it is genuine muscle blaze product as checked by entering code on website. Good for gym and sports persons for getting some extra strength while performing. Keep aducate water intake while using creatine monohydrate as per your body type. Your muscles will get fuller as this will make your muscles absorb water and keep them hydrated which cause good recovery and make them toned. While using one scoop 3gm daily no side effects seen however if you want to do creatine loading then consult some nutritionist about precautions and water intake to avoid and discomfort. Results are good as I am using it from past one year and basic and required supplement for active person who needs extra strength in performance in gym and sports.

Take it if you don't have enough money to buy MB pure
It's chalky, I've MB pure creatine and that was crystals but this one is powder and tastes like chalk. If you don't have enough money then go for it as it does the job but if you're rich then go for the MB high quality creatine. Mixability is not good.

Doesn't Dissolve
I wouldn’t recommend it. Doesn’t even dissolve in pure water, and has a bitter taste. As a gym trainer I can also confidently it’s not effective what so ever
