Product seems original as company packing. But after replacing, the water having some foul taste. So, if purchased online please get this installed by company technician and taste the water quality.

The filter are original but more than 3 years old and Kent is fooling customers by packing old filters in new box. That too selling old items on MRP with no discount whatsoever. The filters are easy to replace as these are genuine and you just have to fit these in place of old filters. Water quality has not been checked yet as i don't have a tds meter right now. The frt 450 should not be functionable here as it should be frt 550 P.S. The filters are leaking a lot. I tried it myself and then called a technician also but the filter wont stop leaking. The technician told that the filters are missing the rubber ring which are placed inside them. So returning the product and somehow amazon has changed their return policy so have to wait for about 14 days for my refund.

The spare parts manufacturing year is 2022 but Kent has packed all the spare in one box and labelled the box manufacturing year 2025 and increased the price. The 2022 year spare we can easily get for 4500 but Kent has played trick and repacked all the old spare in a new box and increased the price by 1500 Very clever
