30 days later, I am loving this multi! They have a nice fragrance & have a nice flavor going down. I do not suffer any subsequent stomach upset. My nails are usually the first sign of good or poor nutrition, and the condition of my nails has improved significantly since I started this multivitamin. Also, I found it to be a better value in comparison to other products.

I've been taking them a few weeks now, it's too early to really tell & I haven't had any bloodwork done, but so far I notice that I feel more alert and productive in the mornings. It's not something I thought about before I took them, I just felt it. The bad is.. they smell.. really.. really awful. However, they do go down very quick and easy and since you take them with food I just quickly follow with my breakfast and I don't really notice the smell anymore, or it's just short-lived and to me the fact that they are vegan and have the nutrients I need, it's worth a few seconds of displeasure.

I want to love these because of their ingredient profile. I do love the size and that they are easy to swallow. I did not know what "methylated" meant when ordering and upon smelling them, I thought it was akin to "mentholated"! The smell is not unpleasant but it is strong and not one I like ingesting, almost floral or herby in an inedible way. I take my vitamins with a bite of cottage cheese because I sometimes gag on taking with water. The cottage cheese does not help the aftertaste, but it does help if I take it first and the next few bites will mask it. That is a weird problem to have with taking pills and is why it did not get 5 stars. I take 4 other supplements so I cannot tell you that this multi is amazing or clears foggy brain. I try not to add more than one brand a month so that I can give it a fair review. I've taken this one for 2 weeks without any untoward effects and I did research methylated and am impressed with that advantage. A 2 month supply for the cost is very reasonable . I did take one star off for the 'fragrance' or 'odor'... you decide which it is. I think the quality is there.

I think they're average for multivitamins, but i switched from another brand due to their disagreeable odor, and, unfortunately, these vitamins have the same odor. This is just generic multivitamin odor, nothing more, but it is off putting. Update to previous review: The company contacted me, said they had made improvements to alleviate the issue. I tried the updated product. The former overwhelming vitamin smell is gone, and it is replaced by a light very pleasant spearmint aroma. These vitamins are now a pleasure to take.

Seems to be doing the job. Not bothering my gut. Will probably reorder. It does have a strong odor, so I cannot put it in my weekly pill holder.

I chose this product because it contains all that I had in my former multivitamin, plus some additional ingredients like probiotics. The price was lowered, also...big plus. However, there is an awful odor that nearly bowls me over when I open the container, and I taste it for several hours after I take one in the morning. It eventually dissipates, but it is REALLY OFF-PUTTING! I'm not certain I want to purchase this brand again😕

I just started I. This wonderful vitamin. First, you only have to take one a day. It also, is not very big so it’s easy to swallow. The taste in your mouth is like a sweet tart. The vitamin is mostly organic. What more could you want! I will keep buying this vitamin. Price is good too!!

Love that they’re vegan. Great value quality product.
