About 2 years from opening the seal. However, even after two years, it’s still effective. It’s similar to the shelf life of medication. The "best by" date should be on the bottom.

Each bottle contains 30 capsules. There is only 1 capsule per serving. Take 1 capsule once a day with 12 oz of water. Do not exceed 1 capsule per day. Try it out to see what works best for you.

Easy to use, and effective supplement

I've tried 4 other shilajit supplements in the past, and this is the first shilajit supplement I've taken where I feel actual results.
