i have bought this chair from the official website, unfortunately they were having delivery issue, so i’ve received apologies email and asking me if i want the refund or i can buy it from there website on amazon, so i choose d to buy it from amazon and they refunded 200ad 🤩 the chair is perfect and am going to buy another one for my son

I love it except the arm support that does not stay in fixed position and keeps moving out of what I want. But it is the most comfortable chair I ever had in my life. I would easily buy another one.

The chair is fairly good but the armrests are very wobbly and they are supposed to be sturdy and firm for that premium price. Very annoying armrests!

Extremely good company and great chair !! . After trying out many chairs I finally found this one and I’m fully satisfied with it . Sihoo chairs come with 3 year warranty and customer service is great they are ready to help at any time . I had this chair for a couple of months and one of the wheel unfortunately broke but after contacting Sihoo I got a replacement wheel within 2 days and their customer service is great they definitely will uphold their warranty and provide you with a good experience .

Wie soll ich anfangen...? Der Stuhl kommt in zwei Paketen, beide über 15kg. Der Zusammenbau hat ziemlich genau eine Stunde gedauert. Alleine, ohne Hilfe. Ich muss, sagen, ich habe sowas noch nie erlebt. Man kauft ja viele Möbel, aus Schweden, in deutschen Möbelhäusern und aus Asien. Aber sowas.... Alle Schrauben, Unterlegscheiben und die beiden Montageschlüssel sind sicher eingeschweißt, und haben jeweils eine Teil als Reserve. Und es gibt ein Paar weiße Arbeitshandschuhe. Weiß, riskant denkt man... Alle Teile des Stuhls sind so unglaublich sorgfältig und sicher verpackt, dass ein Transportschaden eigentlich undenkbar ist! Fast schon übertrieben. Und dann kommt etwas, was sich alle Möbelhersteller (Schwedisch, Deutsch, Asiatisch, etc.) zum Vorbild nehmen sollten: ALLES (!!!) ist einfach sauber! Kein Staub, kein Schmierfett, oder irgendwas ähnliches! Selbst die Folien, Verpackungen...wie gerade aus der Produktion erhalten! Also: Die Handschuhe sind weiß geblieben!!! Der Aufbau ist an und für sich simpel. Alles ist sauber beschriftet, die Anleitung ist klar und deutlich. Nur das finale Zusammensetzen aller Hauptteile setzt ein wenig handwerkliches Geschick voraus. Sollte man eher diesbezüglich unbegabt sein, sollte man sich eine helfende Hand holen.... Und das wars dann auch schon. "Sitzt, passt und hat Luft". Alle Einstellungen sind einfach auszuführen. Und man sitzt/liegt einfach gemütlich. Ich habe bislang nicht viel und lang am Schreibtisch sitzen müssen, habe daher nicht zu viel Erfahrung mit solchen Stühlen. Aber die ersten Stunden sind absolut entspannend! Klar, besser geht wohl immer. Aber für knapp 330€ bin ich mehr als begeistert!! Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Skizzen in der Aufbauanleitung könnten etwas größer sein. Ohne Lupe und bei schlechtem Licht kneift man die Augen dann doch öfter mal, um zu erkennen was man machen soll! Zusammengefasst: Für mich ein perfektes Upgrade!
