This little thing is awesome. I am a heavy sweat-er, and I bike in California weather often 20 miles a day. The sweathawg sticks to the velcro bits in my helmet and stays in place, and works just like it should. I often have problems with my glasses getting sweaty and foggy within a few miles, to the point I have to not wear sunglasses. After adding this I just barely start to see those problems at 20 miles in. I can wear sunglasses again! This little thing is ridiculously absorbant, but doesn't drip like a towel or headband does, it retains better. Also, it somehow is cooler on my forehead even tho the airflow from a bit of my helmet vents are blocked. I really love this thing, it has helped so much. For comparison, I sweat so hard that sweat will pool in my sunglasses, in such a large amount that heavy road bumps will cause it to splash into my eyes. This has not been a problem since adding the forehead pad.

First mountain bike ride with the SweatHawg. In Florida. 91 degrees. 62% humidity. Normally, my hat would be saturated and dripping by the end of the ride. I was skeptical. But this thing really works as advertised. I wasn't wiping my face with my towel so I could see to finish the ride. I wish I had one for every hat! At twenty bucks a pop, that won't likely happen. But I could see myself buying at least one more.

It helps so much as I play pickleball outdoors and it gets so hot on the courts. It stops the sweat from coming down my forehead. I just didn't give it 5 stars because I wish it helped more by the temples area. I haven't been able to wear protective glasses because I get a "waterfall" in the glasses but I'm going to try again, now that I have this SweatHawg.

I use this product for my work hat because I’m a serious sweater and I’ve noticed a significant difference of how much sweat it stops from showing up under the hat brim. It is very comfortable inside the hat and isn’t a bother. If you work in hot environments or have to do lots of physical activity with a hat i definitely recommend this product! The price of this insert is definitely justified

Not very effective for sweat retention. Also, after removing cap it tend to fall out

I have 4, they work well and are sturdy in the wash.

I use it at work in my hat and when one side gets saturated I flip it over. Works good and will last longer if you hand wash it. I bought 2 and am glad I did. Also keeps its shape good.
