There are two things that first notice as you remove this massage tool from its box - the weight and the finish. It is surprisingly heavy! The number 6.4oz means little to most of us, but the instant you hold it, you understand! It's heavy! And the second thing you notice as you roll it around in your hands, is the finish! It is seemingly flawless! After you get over this initial sensation, you can start to appreciate the instrument it is. After some time, looking at the various shapes and curves and bends, you want to try using this. For me, I was lost very quickly. There are just too many possibilities of how you might use this. So, off to reading the manual! As silly as it might seem, the manual is excellent for pointing out the various locations of the contact areas of the tool, and what effect they can create on a person's body. Such, you can just experiment your self, but I think you would be missing the full effects of what this instrument can do. It also one of those unique items that work without power - no batteries needed, no charging it up before use. No problems with the batteries finally giving up and the item becomes useless. This item will last for decades! There is only one small flaw I could find, and that is where the unit has been drilled through - possibly for a lanyard, in which case you could hang it up from a hook. Part of one edge on one hole is a bit sharp. Not enough to break skin, but it is there. I suspect it might be the by-product of how the unit may have been finished. The hole might have been made so the tool could be held as it is dipped into a chrome bath, to compete the beautiful chrome finish. Bottom Line - A very unique massage tool. Beautiful to look at, and heavier than it looks. It certainly allows one to produce some massage effects, better than a human hand.

I’m surprised when I find things that are actually high quality these days, but this is all around great quality. The packaging is nice, it comes with a micro fibre cloth to polish the tool with as well as a very soft lovely feeling carrying bag to store it in. I didn’t even realize it came with those extras, so was pleasantly surprised! The tool itself is a heavy duty zinc alloy (I thought it was maybe stainless steel at first), but it is perfectly smooth and has some heft in the hand. This thing is not going to flex, bend, break or wear out on you. It feels good in the hand and better than many dedicated thumb savers I've tried (which is only one of it's uses). It also has a well written instruction manual with a variety of technique suggestions and contraindications to massage in it if you're new to using something like this. All around I’m impressed. I’m not sure yet if I’m going to use it in a professional capacity, but it does feel like a pro level tool at a reasonable price (<$20 at the time). I’ve bought plastic thumb savers for almost that much! Having bought numerous massage tools, that I'm often disappointed with, I was genuinely not expecting to be as satisfied as I am with this one.

After watching some TikTok’s of a guy using a similar tool I thought I’d try to find one on Amazon. I have bought many different tools for massages, usually they don’t do much. This tool is incredible, I can rarely find it because my whole family covets it. The design is pretty intuitive to use, and it relieves aches easily. I was genuinely shocked at how easily I can feel the knots while using the tool. My only complaint is it’s very heavy. It hurts my hand. I wish it was a little lighter. But very effective, great buy.

I don't know why some people didn't love this. For the price and the craftsmanship, you really can't not love this. It isn't super heavy and it isn't super light weight. For me, it's just perfect to use and I've been using it on my partner every few days. It really helps with giving your hand a break from massages. The grip is perfect for me (medium size female hands) and it's so smooth that it glides nicely. Just writing about this product makes me want to grab it and use it! Honestly, I would 100% recommend this for home users.
