Weaver Leather Chap Leather Saddle Bag, Brown,11” L x 3-1/2” W x 12” H

I have never been disapointed with Weaver products. Thus is the second saddle bag I have ordered. The first one is 4 years old and has withstood major abuse! I like the improvements on this new one.

We bought another brand of saddle bags and the didn’t eve last one ride. These are well stitched and have quality materials throughout.

These are very nice but soft, not stiff leather. The straps are also very soft and buckles look questionable. Time will tell if everything holds up...wish I could give it another "1/2" star. Overall, nice product.

I’m a trail rider and I put in a lot of miles. I bought these bags because of the Weaver Leather name and the size. I need to carry first aid supplies as well as my lunch. The first pair I purchased tore at the seam on the second ride. I purchased another pair thinking that was just a fluke. Quests what? The seams are wearing out and one of the grommets has completely torn off. after 4 rides! My advice…don’t buy!

This was what I had hoped for. I expected another stiff, hard leather saddlebag as I have had to send several back. An excellent product and a good price. Much larger than I expected.

The only good thing about these are they are made of nice leather. Compared to a pair of synthethic saddle bags my wife bought, I like hers way better and she paid way less. If you want "genuine" looking saddle bags, these are them. However, if you are actually riding horses, like we do, these lack on the functional side. Start with the buckle straps. Fastex buckles are faster and easier to use.
