Works very well for my daughter who gets medium headaches quite often. I too have used it occasionally too. Comfortable and has an open hole on top for a ponytail if you need it. Keep the storage bag it comes it to keep it clean.

This has been wonderful to use when a migraine or bad headache sets in, but honestly I also use it as a cold pack for my neck, and it was great to use on my cheek for a recent tooth extraction as well! It's great to use that way since it's gel/flexible. I have used this MANY times since buying it a few years ago, and I bought one for my sister as a gift and she loves it, too!

This was something I never knew I needed and now I can’t be without it. I’ve used it throughout my pregnancy to relieve tension headaches and nausea. This mask is incredible. Both hot and cold are very effective. The material is easily cleaned with a damp cloth. I think this makes a great gift as well!

Fast action, comfortable, short lasting cooling.

Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Has helped my headaches and migraines. And has helped me fall asleep at night as I tend to overheat easily. Straight out of the freezer it is too cold for me but waiting about 5-10 minutes it gets to a temp that works well for me. It doesnt last for a long time (like maybe 20-30 minutes) but thats plenty of time for it to give relief.

It is really good , and does the job , I was debating if the ones 20+ were better but tried all of them they all do the job ( this one it is very stretchy so if you want it to compress more I would recommend you to go for another one )

10/10. My husband and I fight over who gets to wear it nightly. We both wear it even without a headache. You can truly tailor it to your needs with the fridge or freezer and it’s nice and tight to provide great relief.
