Love this red light. I highly recommend it. I have recommended it to everyone and everyone that buys it loves it. Its helps with inflammation, pain, speeds up healing, relaxing. I used it posed microblading and it decreased the swelling by 80%. I use it daily post workout for sore joint and I'm good to go by the next day. I use it on my face to help my skin and feel it really does help. I don't like the stand so threw it away but like the pad. I've purchased two of these already. This particular brand is great and great value for the month and easy to use. Considering how much I use it in has great longevity and durability. Functions great.

This red light therapy panel has been great so far. It covers a large area and the stand adjusts all the way up high or really low, so I can use it on different parts of my body without any hassle. Setup only took about 15 minutes, super quick and easy, and the stand feels solid and stable, not flimsy at all plus it’s not heavy pretty lightweight tbh. I also like that I can tilt and angle it however I need. The remote has a clear digital screen where I can adjust the timer and light strength, and it even counts down and shuts off automatically. The removable panel is super convenient and a huge plus. It makes it “portable” in a way cause you don’t have to bring the huge stand just the panel piece itself and you can travel with it easy if you pack jusy that and the cord. I can use it for smaller areas like my face or switch it to larger areas like my back, arms, legs, etc. The 660nm red light and 850nm near infrared light are known for different benefits, and I like that this device combines both for a more complete treatment to get the best of both worlds. Just keep in mind it’s not meant to warm you up like a heating pad, so the benefits are more about what the light is doing internally. It also comes with protective sunglasses, which are super important especially if you’re specifically treating your face so make sure you wear them! I mainly got this for autoimmune issues and inflammation, and I know it takes time to see results since it works internally and of course results are differnt for everyone. But overall, it feels professional quality, easy to use, and very versatile so it definitely is a good value if in its category. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone interested in improving recovery, skin health, reducing pain, or just boosting overall wellness.

I had major surgery on my leg that left the back of my leg from my bottom to my knee in lots of pain. Plus, a 7.5" incision at my glute, so a very active spot on the body. I lay on this mat every single night at bed time. It warms too a perfect temperature and I can feel it working deep into my leg. I also use it on my abdomen when I'm having cramps or hip pain. I love the adjustable settings, it's a perfect size, and it's durable! It comes with a great little strand, too! It is definitely helping my body heal and also helps take away the pain in my body so I can relax enough to sleep. At first I wasn't sure it was working, but after a few weeks, I realized how much my body needed it by bedtime each night. This is money well spent!
