I notice the product has German writing on the package image, does it also have English translation included?

Yes there is also English writing on it. I found this product excellent I had 1 cold over the winter months compared to at least 4 or 5. Would buy again

I know once opened it's meant to be stored in the fridge but could a bottle survive at room temp without going bad? I don't have a fridge.

Sorry cannot help, I do not remember it is so long since I had the product. However, I obviously did not read the instructions and did not store in the fridge.

How could this product possibly cost £1166.33 per 100ml?

I’m very puzzled by this question. On Amazon it costs £14 for 250 ml if you buy 3. (It costs £10 for 250 ml at Chemist Connect!)
