Love this is absolutely delicious and not too strong or tart just right, get this when experiencing awful cramps use it once a day till it runs out and no more cramps when they return just repeat highly recommend, bought for my sister as well. If poorly with sickness or diarrhoea it’s a must for hydration keeps me away from hospitals

They really work for my partner who has a lot of cramp whilst working. He just pops one in his squash bottle (mango and orange) and so it goes well, doesn't seem to make much of a difference to the taste, which is a positive as these things can taste funky. He's happy, and a lot less cramp - none at all on most days. And it was keeping him awake after work, so he's sleeping a lot more, a lot better, thanks to these. £5 a month is well worth it. Geschmacklich nicht der Rede wert. Wenn man auf die angegebenen 750ml Wasser eine Tablette macht hat das Ganze weniger Geschmack als mit 2 Tropfen frischem Zitronensaft. Man muss mindestens 2 Tabletten nehmen, damit es schmeckt. Dafür ist es allerdings viel zu teuer.

My wife and I have been using these during the recent heatwave. They have a great taste and keep one hydrated with a nice balance of electrolytes. We take two a day and really feel they are doing good.
