I absolutely love this three-tier fountain! Setup was very easy, and everything went together without any problems. Before purchasing, I read several reviews mentioning that the pump cord was too short. Thankfully, mine came with an extension cord, which made it reach perfectly with no issues at all. I have the pump set to a medium flow, and the water circulation is just right. Some reviewers mentioned that their fountains lost water because it splashed out, but I haven’t experienced that. As long as the fountain is assembled correctly and leveled properly, the water stays where it should. I’m currently on day three, and the water level has remained great. I think some of the water-loss concerns may be due to placement. Mine is located in a flower bed near the house where it receives plenty of shade throughout the day, so evaporation has been minimal. The paint finish on my fountain looks very good. I inspected it carefully and didn’t find any bare spots or peeling. I know some reviewers mentioned paint issues, but mine arrived in excellent condition. Since outdoor items are exposed to sun and weather, some wear over time is to be expected. I also took extra care to make sure the fountain was completely level, which helps keep the water flowing evenly through all three tiers. Overall, it has been working beautifully and has added exactly what my yard was missing. The sound of the water is relaxing, the fountain looks great, and the price was very affordable. I would definitely recommend this fountain to others.

It looks just like the photos. It’s a nice height/size, not too short. It doesn’t bubble like in the videos, it’s a lot less dramatic. I laughed when I saw the barely flowing over vs. the intense bubbling on the photos, etc. The color is accurate. The material is resin which I don’t care for but it’s works better in harsh winters than cement or other hard rock. You wouldn’t know it’s resin from a few feet away. I live in the desert and refill every 1 & 1/2 days. The sound from the water is relaxing & we've had wildlife visitors to the fountain. **one caveat: we didn’t immediately follow the directions for assembly after reading other reviews. It’s not hard but it is easier with 2 people and we didn't snap the pieces as directed until we knew how we were going to assemble it. I could give a 4 star because: a) assembly is weird b) shipping wasn’t cheap. However, it’s really pretty. I’m honestly enjoying it and may get another as a gift for my mom, so... 5 stars it is!!! I’m super happy with it. BTW if you live in an area with high winds: throw in some rocks to give it weight. I’d purchase by seller reviews since all of them were the same price when you added shipping regardless of initial price point.

This thing is terrible! Pump is very weak! And the fountain is very crooked! Even on concrete. I’m taking it apart and getting my money back!

It looks nice hose it’s too short and motor it’s not strong enough only got two crevices working. Update; Was able to fix it works great now, turns out I didn’t open the motor all the way, but now water it’s getting everywhere. I’m thinking I might have overfilled it. Wished there was better instructions but I managed.

Easy to put together, very nicely made. Works great and was definitely worth the price!!! Great addition to my yard!

Amazing, well built, super easy assembly! We liked it so much we bought two more! Advise on the short piece of hose supplied for easier pump attachment, don't use it will kink and water flow will be greatly reduced, you can hook pump to main hose with a little patients.

The fountain works only half a day and the water seems to disappear. We have taken it apart and looked for cracks or leaks. I would be interested in what others have done? The reviews about the hose is correct. It is too short and the pump doesn't work well. We needed to replace it with a longer hose. I love the fountain's look and the great peaceful sound --- but we need to fill it twice a day.

The sound, when it has water is lovely, but I am not impressed with the fountain overall. The tiers do not connect as securely as I would expect them to. The pump does not fit down to the floor of the bowl like all the other fountains I have had over the last 40 years. When I sent pictures showing that the pump would not fit Inside the ring of the bottom bowl, they said it was because I did not install it correctly because the electrical cord had to go through the tube, even though I had stated that the pictures were provided to show the pump did not physically fit unless it was placed on end, and then the tubing put the pump even further from the base of the bowl. It is also very disappointing to have to refill the fountain every day due to water loss. I do not live in an arid region, have even had several rainy days, so that is not the reason. I am not sure if there is a leak that I haven't located or a flaw in design but I was tired of trying to deal with their customer service and gave up. I was not about to waste more money shipping it back to the seller.

I really wanted to like this fountain. However, I had 2 major issues. The hose was not long enough so the pump was louder than the water as it could not be positioned properly. The instructions had water damage so they could not be read and the fountain was not made level so it only worked on one side. Granted, this was not an expensive fountain but after many hours of struggle with the hose and pump, I am returning.
