The taste is good. The outer chocolate layer was melted a bit. If you can keep them in fridge especially in summer months, I guess it’s a treat for you. It has sugar alcohol which might spike sugar level a bit so might not be for diabetic. Overall, taste is good

Not too sweet, no weird aftertaste either. I keep one in my bag for random long days or when I skip breakfast (which is often). It won’t fill you up fully, but it’s a solid in-between option. Bonus: no sugar crash. A decent value for its price, just see how much protein you are getting for around 50 bucks a pop with no added sugar as they claim, this one’s actually enjoyable.

The main issue is the foundation of the wafer itself: Refined Wheat Flour (Maida). This is a cheap, high-glycemic index (GI) carbohydrate that spikes blood sugar, the exact opposite of what most people want in a "healthy" snack, especially those avoiding sugar. Worse, it contains Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, which is a type of fat processing known to be unhealthy and often includes trans fats. If you are buying this for pure protein and zero added sugar, be aware you are still consuming highly refined carbs and unhealthy fats. For a genuine health food, look elsewhere.
