After some research into cheaper alternative lamps, I'm pleased that I paid a bit extra for this excellent Architect Desk Lamp. From opening the box to switching on took 2 minutes - everything clicked into place without the need for any tools. The metal base is reassuringly solid but has a footprint of just 220 mm x 140 mm and is flat, so you can put other items on top of it. It's an attractive addition to any desktop or work area - I use it when I'm checking photo prints. It has a pleasing and even spread of light, with a useful and accurate range of colour temperatures. I also like the way that the controls are all on a single bar at the front of the shade.

These lamps are exactly as great as I imagined! The quality is guaranteed, so I bought one for each of my son’s and daughter’s study desks. I no longer have to worry about the lighting being insufficient when they are doing their homework. On top of that, the design is very stylish and looks great in their rooms. I'm very satisfied with this purchase!

Got this for miniature painting. The light is wider than it looks (so it will light up more of your desk, which is good), the colour index and is spot on and brightness is just what I wanted. All good so far. Very happy customer

The light put out by this unit is excellent, and the range of colour very useful indeed for different times of the day. I would like to point out two issues which may or may not be a problem for you: 1. The vertical arm from the clamp to the elbow is not articulating. The upper arm overhangs the elbow by a couple of inches, so if your desk is against the wall, this will be a problem. You need to have the desk edge about 2.5" (7.5cm) away from the wall to avoid interference. 2. The picture with the two monitors gives the impression the lamp is well above the top of the monitors. Those monitors in the picture must be small - 14" - 16". If you use a big monitor, you will find the light is very close to the top of the monitor, and possibly interferes with a monitor supported camera. Moving the light higher, also moves it back relative to your seating position, which may not be ideal. I have given the light a 5-star rating, because if these issues are not a problem for you, I recommend the light very much.

Bought this lamp for pencil sketching. It provides a good even light with minimal shadows, which was a bugbear with ordinary spot lamps. I found the preset 'work' lamp settings a bit bright so used a slightly lower setting. Haven't used a lot of the adjustments but they're there if need. Came well packed and straight forward to put together, just 3 clicks and it was done. Feels sturdy and well made.

I would rate this as a 5 star and, once returned, I’ll likely repurchase. The horizontal light beam was wonky (listing left). Aesthetically, it was really annoying. I double checked and rebuilt (it’s very simply to do) but it was still wonky. Other than that, I really like this high quality product.

This is an excellent desk lamp. Well worth the price. Will have to return due to where we wanted to put it do not have the connection the set up in office plugs are not available at every station. Black square box is heavy duty it will hold lamp in place took it out of box to show how well made and well packaged this company made sure no damage would be caused during transportation. It a perfect size for a computer desk. The buttons on lamp are very visible, Easy to use and functional, it is adjustable. love the color I highly recommend the lamp.

Lampe ist ideal geeignet für Arbeitsplatz mit zwei Bildschirmen. Ausleuchtung des gesamten Schreibtisches ist optimal. Licht wirkt sehr natürlich und lässt auch über mehrere Stunden ein konzentriertes Arbeiten ohne Kopfschmerzen zu. Verarbeitung der Lampe auch sehr gut, wirkt sehr stabil beim Verstellen der Neigung. Werden damit sicherlich lange Freude haben.

Sono contentissimo di questo prodotto sotto tutti i punti di vista e lo consiglio assolutamente! Ero in pieno black friday e stavo esplorando possibilità di acquisto di una lampada dyson ma non ero convinto di quel prodotto e dell'investimento necessario a tale spesa. Specialmente perchè non ne conoscevo valide alternative fino a quando non ho trovato questo prodotto! Pienamente soddisfatto sia per qualità dei componenti, facilità di installazione e di utilizzo, qualità della luce e temperatura delle possibili varianti della stessa. Un vero aiuto al comfort quotidiano

Top verarbeitet, optisch sehr schön, Lichtstufen super, Aufbau simpel, Bedientasten einfache Handhabung und selbsterklärend. Alles in allem könnte Preis/Leistung nicht besser sein. Absolute Kaufempfehlung.

Al sacarlo de la caja nos sorprendió su gran tamaño ya que queríamos ponerlo en el escritorio de nuestro hijo de 117x60 cm. Sin embargo, esto es otro nivel de luz alejado de los flexos convemcionales que focalizan la luz en un solo punto. Ahora tenemos luz de diferentes intesidades y brillo en toda la mesa. Producto top.
