Comfort Knee with Stabilizers, Medium

Often this type of knee brace is uncomfortable to wear, chafes behind the knee or retains moisture. This knee brace is has none of these faults. It is comfortable enough to wear all day; it provides good levels of support; and it is easily washable. I bought this to replace another Futuro knee brace which I had found to be very comfortable. But I depend on it now and have to have a backup when I wash the other one. So I needed to buy a second knee brace. In the intervening years, Futuro had changed a number of things about this product. Also, it was not available in the size I needed in Canada. So I ordered from Amazon.com. The whole process could not have been easier. This brace does not provide support for seriously compromised knee joints, but for my situation it is perfect.

I’ve been buying the ‘open patella w/side stabilizer bar’ sleeve/braces for years, from this co. Futuro, & Ace, also Walgreens/Rite Aid. The 1 & ONLY COMPLAINT, i ever have is, NONE of the companies Ever make bigger than size LARGE. I’m a big guy, always had thicker bigger legs, thighs etc, so, why on earth do they not make an xl, even bigger, xxl etc etc. Majority of knee pain comes from ppl heavier than most. However, it still fits, albeit tight, it winds up “breaking in/stretching” & they last long. For my purposes, these are the best working sleeves, i’ve literally tried ALL KINDS, Types, sizes, strengths, PRESCRIBED ones, these are the only ones that do it for me!! I had arthroscopic on my right knee in the 90’s, & well, like most body parts they’re never the same, except how well u take care of urself, & maintain & keep whatever body part u had surgery on, strengthened. The Nylon, stretch, open patella/side stabilizer braces give me the best, most comfortable, support, DAILY, year round. I take it off obviously to shower, swim, & sleep. The 3M Futoro in my opinion is very well made, nice material, non-irritating, high quality. Well stitched & put together. PLEASE PLEASE one day i hope they make a larger size, it’d be PERFECT! 🙏🏽

Had to return the first one due to sizing. The reviews stating that this runs very small are correct. I exchanged the medium for a large and it's better, but still a little constricting where the bottom of the brace fits around my calf. I have normal size calves but the seam is tight and leaves a groove around my calf. I've considered cutting a slit in the seam to loosen it up a bit because otherwise I really like the brace, but I'm not sure if that's a good idea or not. I'm keeping this one because it's comfortable (except for the bottom seam) and flexible but also stabilizing. It's really exactly what I was looking for aside from the tightness around my calf.

I got the M Size when I felt a intense sharp pain which took me to ER. Found that I aggravated a bursitis! Not able to hold my weight neither walk without waking sick. THIS KNEE SUPPORT REALLY HELPED ME! I used ALL DAY LONG and mi job is very physical; bending, squatting, walking, sitting. I don't know about having a without or so, but I getting a second one now after few years passed in my other knee...2 more years before really retirement Oh Yessssss.....

Item as described but size Medium gave me linear bruises in my legs despite following size instructions

I ordered this in May 2023, and I was hoping it would have stretched out a bit. I fall right in the middle of the 14-17 inch sizing for medium, and it is painfully tight at the very top and bottom trim line, which I had to cut. The actual support at the knee is great, but the top and bottom tightness has caused lingering pain in my leg. Additional comment: I wore my knee supports at the airport, when I had to walk between terminals. It never occurred to me that the flexible stabilizer had metal, but they DID set off the alarms at security! You have to take them off and let them go through the x-ray and then put them back on. They can't be on your body.

Very good knee support. The vertical supports/boning on each side of the brace are flexible enough to move with you, and still stabilize the knee cap, during normal daily activity - e.g. climbing ladders, stairs, twisting around while pruning, etc. I have not used the support for sports activities, but think it would do well unless extreme support is needed. It fits OK under jeans that are not tight through the legs - another feature I wanted, that is lacking in the bulkier knee supports - e.g. those that have adjustable Velcro closures. I got the large; even though I am female, stand about 5'9" & weigh about 125 lbs., any smaller knee supports of this type tended to cut off circulation to my feet, & were generally uncomfortable. This one works a treat! I wish I could wear it in the pool, to stabilize my knee when doing the "frog kick." I may get another & sacrifice it to the chlorine, & see how it goes.

Its way to small even though I ordered a medium which is the size I bought previously. Unlike previous supports, there is no way to adjust the size.

I think it is tow in one but it's good I using it in sports

This offers me compression and stability just what I need for cyicleing outdoors and in the gym

Ne ho provate tantissime più i meno costose ... Più o meno famose, ho un crociato rotto e l'unica che mi fa fare sport senza paure e con libertà di ovimntonè questa, io la uso insieme ad una facsetta da mettere sulla rotula!
