Are the vitamin A and D synthetic? what form are the vitamins in? (retinol, D2, D3, etc.)

The vitamins A and D are NOT synthetic.Vitamin A (from cod liver oil) 850 IU; Vitamin D3 (from cod liver oil) 400 IU; Vitamin E ( as d-alpha tocopherol & mixed tocopherols) 10 IUKarl Andersson

It is not shipped cold but it is tightly sealed and there is no problem when received.

Does anyone notice any effects besides Improved skin quality?

Can't say that I do, as food consumption with balance, I think, goes further; however, the omega-3's are insurance with ample vitamin A and some D to boot. I take itabout 2-3x a week since I eat on a schedule which includes calves liver which has lots of Vitamin A (retinol). (Their omega-3 fish oil is also good and with more EPA/DHA.)
