Does the mint green case allow the logo to show through? I have the 2016 pro so the logo does not light up

Depending on which model of Apple laptop you have, any model post October 2016 will not have a baclit Apple logo. Apple say it was a space saving action as they strive to make their laptops thinner and lighter (weight wise) but I see it as a battery power conservation ploy. Do the little clips at the front on the bottom part of the case irritate your palms/wrists when using the keyboard?

Absolutely not. It's almost on the same level as laptop surface. I haven't noticed anything interrupting whlie using computer.

Does the top panel clip at the back as i can lift it easily to create a gap. the rest clicks in ok! it is the right product.

Not certain what the question is though, yes it clips at the back and there is a gap. At least on the smaller ones. I don’t have the 15inch though I would imagine it’s the same.

Has anyone bought the gold one? Id like to know what it looks like. The description says gold but 'matte' so that would be beige. That concerns me...

I bought it and it looked more on the rose gold side. Also, the apple logo is not visible and it started breaking after 2 weeks.
