Renewed must mean parts taken off or forgotten to be installed. No DVD/RW drive installed as stated in description. Lol just a hole. I'm sure I'll get an apology or a "we over looked it" but come on...how? More down time and now I have to ship it back. Waste of time and resources. BONUS INCLUSIONS: The unit did ship with a keyboard, a mouse and a USB WiFi that I wasn't expecting. Both are...meh...and the USB wifi isn't 5ghz, took some doing to get working and is super slow compared to my phone on the same band so I just went with a LAN connection. *** EDIT and UPDATE *** After getting the run around from Amazon on fixing it without me doing all the work, I contacted the seller. The seller was absolutely awesome and explained how these get renewed and why/how it happened. The seller, TekZilla, was super prompt at calling/emailing me and got me squared away. He got my Windows 10 activated and also sent me a DVD drive that arrived 2 days after our convo. He sent tracking and all. Now, I have everything working as intended and as described. Very happy over all. Unit performs flawlessly. TL;DR : The seller fixed all issues, Amazon wanted to refund me, me buy THE SAME UNIT, and then mail this one back.

At first I thought this is a real good computer came with a Windows 10 and it was a lot faster than my other computer but now 6 months later the computer will not turn on Don't know what's going on with it at a time where it's hard to afford things now I have to get another computer for my business I really didn't use many different things on this computer it was basically for email to customers printing scanning etc Performance was good but what does that matter if it only lasts 6 months if this company had any integrity they would replace it with another one I called tech support they said that after getting the express code the computer is 7 years old and it was refurbished therefore they cannot even help me even though they could they weren't going to this is truly pathetic I know it's not Amazon's fault but they really need to be careful about what they're selling economy so bad right now business or so slow inflation at an all-time high and this is the last thing I needed do not recommend to anyone to get one of these computers now I got to figure out what I'm going to do 😡

My old pc was so slow and out dated but this Refurbished DEll Optiplex Looks New works Like dream with its updated programming,And Easy to set up.
