Absolutely beautiful

These are amazingly beautiful puzzles, and I fell in love with the Autumn version. The complexity of the picture made the solving of it a challenge, but not frustrating. The quality of Gibson puzzles is well known and I can recommend this series without hesitation.

The puzzle itself was great! The image is very intricate and well-printed. There were a couple pieces not completely cut, but I was able to separate them without issue. My only complaint was that there was some wear along the edge of the box and the stickers keeping the box closed caused additional damage to the box's appearance when opening.

The art in this puzzle series is created by in-house designers at The Art File. These are complex richly illustrated assemblages which recall various aspects of the natural environment. The puzzle series perfectly suits people intimately connected to the natural world, and who love a complex experience when working jigsaw puzzles. I think I have just described myself, and if that describes you as well, I think you will really enjoy this series of puzzles. This not an easy jigsaw to build as it is a relatively complex image with a lot of little parts, and many background elements that are found throughout. The puzzle pieces are nicely cut (almost no puzzle dust), light but strong and have a wonderful variety of random shapes. Two small issues with the fit – the pieces hold together well enough, though could be just a tiny bit tighter, and I find quite a few near-false fits. The clear, well printed image does reveal when a fit is off, as does turning the pieces over to check for a bit of air space, however a bit more variety of knob shape would help a lot in minimizing this issue. When you do fit the correct pieces together, it is super satisfying feeling. This particular puzzle has a wonderful range of creatures to discover, avian and mammalian, all set into a background of berries, mushrooms and leaves. And to add a delightful human element, there is a pair of galoshes tucked into a corner. I love to take my time with images like this, finding it soothing and satisfying. And though they can take a fair bit of time, you will find your purchase dollars will go farther. I have been extremely pleased with this line of Gibsons puzzles (I have several) and highly recommend this one and others in this series to people like myself who love images of this type.

Spent ten plus hours on this puzzle only to find out at the end that a piece was missing and we had a duplicate of another piece. 😡
