Why won't the intensity increase? why no sensation is felt?

For safety, the device has a built-in protection feature. The intensity function will ONLY WORK WHEN the ports are CORRECTLY CONNECTED and both electrode pads are firmly attached to the skin. Ensure the wires and both electrodes are connected well.
