Very comfortable!
This is very comfortable to use. The memory foam is soft. It’s comfortable enough to lay on all night in order to keep my hips more comfortable. I would recommend.

This pillow is fantastic not only for your lower back but also for underneath your knees. I use it in both areas and it is true that the gel does keep you nice and cool. I had 2 back surgeries and this pillow moves with me around the house. Love it!

Great to straighten spine when I sleep
I use this because my bed is a remote bed that sits up but has now a dip in it and hurts my back. I place this under ribs and above hips and it straightens my back when I sleep on my stomach or side.
