This is my first time using a derma roller. It is used to stimulate collagen production by creating micro-injuries to the skin surface. The roller is made of silicone, and the micro needles are very small fine and just feel like tiny pricks. After needling, it's a good time to apply serum, moisturizers, or masks for maximum skin absorption. It's best to sanitize the roller every day with hot water followed by a dip into rubbing alcohol. The handle is ergonomic, and feels comfortable and easy to hold.

This came very well sealed, which adds to the peace of mind that it came clean and sterile. It's nice that they put a protective covering over the needles as well. Beyond that, it's your typical derma roller. Plastic is ok, but not amazing. Overall, it's decent.

I ordered the 0.25mm microneedle roller and when the package came it said 0.5mm. I opened it and I think yes, the needles are probably 0.5mm, but with such small measurements it's hard to tell. My dermatologist told me not to use anything larger than 0.25mm so I haven't used it. It looks like a decent product, if you order it just check the needle size.

A .25mm derma roller -- the depth suggested for beginning at-home use. I prefer this roller, rather than the stamping or other styles; it follows facial counters better. Comes with adequate instructions, including how to clean it properly. If you're not familiar with derma rolling, this is a good one to start with. Imho go easy at first -- you may think it's not doing much, but I feel it more when I'm done.

This derma roller has been great. The material feels high quality and the roller has a nice feel on the face. Included in the box is a nice little case to hold the device and some instructions for cleaning.

It's got a little weight behind it, but that ain't a bad thing since it helps w durability. Super easy to use and grasp this, while the shape is pretty ergonomic. Cleaning it is simple too, and just be sure to clean the needles before and after use to ensure they're as clean as can be.

Easy to hold and use. Time will tell on results, excited to try a derma roller and this one seems like a great starter!
