Delicious finger millet flour, makes perfect ragi roti, and no bitterness!!

As much as I love Bob's Red Mill products, the pearl millet and millet flour have a peculiar aftertaste. This ragi or finger millet flour is delicious with absolutely no bitterness. I am new to roti making and am looking for alternatives to wheat and this flour fits the bill perfectly. Will purchase again!

Its was of best quality high calcium content…..i tried other brands and it was not good…..thank you for keeping authenticity……and getting Ragi fliur in US is tough….thanks to you guys
