Lite compression for wrist. They work great for sleeping. Helps to reduce swelling and pain.

I got these for a thumb injury after not being able to wear the hard braces. I found this type to be extremely useful for my recovery. the resistance is adjustable, and the ability to make use of the hand while wearing this trains you to prevent injury in the future. I don't recommend wearing this while sleeping. the build quality is average. the velcro becomes frayed quickly, but this is only cosmetic. the brace doesn't move easily and will definitely be more stable when worn for a while from the sweat. if you use these for thumb tendinitis, they will become slightly curved. flip it around for a few uses if this happens.

I was undergoing PT for my wrists from a workout injury and this allowed me to still put pressure and lift everyday things like groceries, boxes, etc., while recovering. They're also good after PT for adding stability to your wrists. I also like that they're easy to put on and take off without having to obstruct the fingers like a glove or mitten style covering.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and pain in my wrist when doing regular household chores I have tried other wrist braces but these defiantly work the best. Nicely made with strong Velcro support.

Leaves marks on skin because the cushion is so textured. I have very small wrists so I do appreciate that it's adjustable but it's not particularly high quality. I'm a sonographer and use it at work when I have to push down on heavy patients

I use wrist compression when photographing long events with heavy lenses. I had this for 11 hours through 33C day. Didn't sweat, didn't feel it was there. Easy to adjust the compression.
