Delivery box is undamaged however when I opened it I found the biscoff bag damaged and the biscuit spilled in the box. Meaning air has gone into it. I bought this for commercial consumption. When I tried to do a return the system comes back with “item is not eligible for self service”

When arrived it was just powder no crunchy bits at all

I used to crush biscuits myself whenever I wanted to make cheesecakes or dessert bases, but it was always a bit of a messy process. These Biscoff Crushed Biscuits are a total game changer! The biscuits are perfectly crushed to the right consistency, not to thick.. fine enough to use straight away, but with just enough texture to make a great base. The flavor is the same rich, caramelised taste you get from whole Biscoff biscuits, but now with all the hard work already done. 😍 It saves so much time and effort, and they stay fresh in the pack too. Perfect for cheesecakes, dessert toppings, milkshakes, or even just sprinkling over ice cream.🍦 If you love Biscoff and bake often, this is a must-have. I’ll definitely be keeping a pack in my cupboard at all times 😋 definitely a good value for money in my eyes.
