If this happens, Amazon isn't able to help as 3rd party sellers can set their own return/refund terms. It's just not worth the risks that come with buying unauthorized products, even when they're cheaper.

What color for a natural beige skin tone..

NC 30 , Should be fine, I am a medium beige and I use NC 35. This particular make up blends well with your natural color which is why I love it, it looks quite natural.
