This product was recommended to me by my dermatologist and let me tell you when she said it works for a lot of her patients that is dealing with dandruff and itchy scalp it truly does! I love the smell of it. It feels good in my hair and it lathers so nicely. After washing my hair felt so smooth and soft, it moisturized my hair for sure. Just one washing I see results already and I can’t wait to use it again to see how really effective this product is!

Happy to review this because it truly works. I had something scabby going on. My scalp had “hot spots”. I believe it was from well water, but it was filtered so not quite sure. Anyhoo, after about a year of trying to manage my daughter gave me a sample of this shampoo she received from her dermatologist. Well, that was a day of reckoning, and over a course of a month the scabs and problem went away AND has stayed away. So I would give it another star if possible. And it small clean and fresh. I buy the same conditioner too and it immensely helps bring my hair back to shine and smoothness. Two thumbs up. I will do a video and review on my storefront soon. Even my dermatologist could not help much w/ prescriptions for treatment of the dermatitis that I contracted several years ago. I therefore decided to try various shampoos, etc., on my own, but I fared little better, until just recently when I ordered some Dercos Dandruff Shampoo. What an amazing product! After only 2 shampoos in a 4–5-day period, the itching & red, scaly skin is all but gone. I sure wish I had tried this shampoo a lot sooner! I have tried several Dandruff Shampoo and when I tell you this has worked miracles. My boyfriend has real bad dandruff. Thick at the scalp. He has locs and when I recommend for him to have a re-twist without loc gel he refuses because he wants to have the sleek neat look. After two days his scalp would start having so much dandruff flakes. Someone recommended this product and I have used it once on his hair. I sat him down placed all over his scalp gave him a prewash and have him hit the shower and washed it out. Normally I go for two to three washes but one wash and almost a week later and no dandruff has returned to his hair. With locs I want a product to remove the dandruff not only from the scalp but from the root of the loc , this product did just that. Cost money but well worth it. I will be purchasing again and again

This shampoo works pretty well. It makes my hair clean and smooth, and the smell is fresh. It also doesn’t make my scalp dry. I wish it had more moisture

Excellent, better than head and shoulders, smell good and my hair feel so soft. And Does help with dandruff

Only thing I have found to help my dry scalp. Other dandruff shampoos did not work and I was convinced it was just dandruff. This does the trick and I only use once every other week.
