The dog leash handle is very comfortable to hold. It has a bigger and stronger buckle for where it links to the dog collar. It can retract and extend. This will allow adjustable lengths for how long you want the dog to go. It is very useful. It come with a dog poop bag carrier.

Pros: The leash is long enough to allow the dog to have a pretty good amount of freedom but not too long where you feel like they are ever out of your control. The leash feels like it was well made, it is strong and has withstood a fair amount of pulling from my 30 pound dog. My dog has also chewed on the leash a bit, I was pleasantly surprised that this did not result in the leash fraying or the ability for the leash to retract. Cons: The "stopper" isn't a button like on other retractable leashes, it's more of a slide. It takes a little getting used to and it is more difficult to use in a pinch when you want to pull your dog in. Overall: If I were to order another leash I would go with one that had a button stopper rather than the slide.

I like almost everything about this retractable dog leash. It arrived timely via Amazon Prime, it was packaged well, and all the items were accounted for. Upon opening the bag with the leash in it, I found the waste bag holder and attached it to the handle of the leash, which makes that aspect of dog walking a little more convenient. I like the size and weight of this leash, and the handle is very comfortable when walking our dachshund. I will say that when I read the ad, I thought there was a pause button that you could push down so that you didn't have to lock the leash. This leash doesn't really have that feature. The "button" referred to in the ad isn't really a button at all. It's a slide lock that you slide with your thumb into a locked/unlocked position, so you can't really quickly pause without locking the leash into a specific position. This is just a minor inconvenience and I plan to continue using this leash to walk our dog.

High quality but NOT for small dogs. My 20 pounder is very uncomfortable with the tension. Going to give it away to an owner of a 30-40 pounder.

At first we loved being able to give our 15 pound yellow lab mix puppy this extra freedom but after about 20 uses the leash broke. Very disappointing

I have a puppy who likes to explore and this leash is perfect. Very durable and I love that it came with the waste bags

It works, but the leash sometimes doesn't wind back in correctly. There are better options on the market, but it does work.
