I use this product for iced lattes. The quality is very good. It has a very smooth and creamy texture and is sweet. I don't use sugar, but a small dash of maple syrup. I make them strong but the caffeine content is not overwhelming. I've also occasionally used it for hot matcha and the taste, foam, and aroma is really very good for considering it is culinary matcha. I highly recommend this tea.

I love the no sugar added matcha because I add a little lavender syrup and it is excellent. I spin in a Nutribullet and easy peasy.
