Update: also used the colostrum on our week long trip to Mexico where we ate lots of street food! Stayed healthy the entire trip! After doing some research about how colostrum can help prevent stomach illness from e. coli, I purchased this for my month-long honeymoon trip in Asia. We traveled to areas in the Philippines and Vietnam that didn’t have clean tap water so it’s pretty common for visitors to experience stomach upset/diarrhea there - but me and my spouse had absolutely no issues during our trip (and we definitely ate riskier foods such as street food and fresh fruits/veggies)! I highly recommend this as an affordable alternative to Travelan!

Product is easy to swallow and has no taste. I like that I found a colostrum product that was available in a capsule and not just a powder format. I am very picky when it comes to textures and do not like many supplements that are offered in powder format only. As far as benefits I can’t say that I can tell a difference. Im not really sure what to look for. I have seen a lot about colostrum being beneficial and thought I would give it a try. Im not a fan of most dairy products, do not like most fruits, nor do I like raw vegetables. That being said I’m always looking for ways to supplement my diet because I literally will not eat what I don’t like regardless of its nutritional value. These aren’t cheap but they also aren’t the most expensive colostrum supplements I’ve seen.

Eh. I'm not super impressed with this brand. The pill form is definitely the better choice as putting it in your coffee weakens the nutrients and benefits once heat hits it. Go with a more well known brand.

I’ve had problems with diarrhea for years and this has really helped me.

Honest review for a first time paid product user. I bought this for general health and hoping over time it may better heal gut lining and maybe even reduce inflammation which could indirectly help with seasonal allergies. Based on reviews, I knew it was recommended to start with one pill to see reactions. It was rough and I had extreme cramping and gas eating it on an empty stomach with a lot of water. I tried several other times over a period of two weeks same issues. I spoke with a friend and they said keep with it, you have an a very sensitive intestine not everyone deals with and need to allow time for your body to adjust. I was so ready to toss it. However I tried taking it with food in week three and no problem at all. It was like I didn’t take it at all. Did that the next day one pill with food, no issues at all. I can now take one pill a day without worrying about stomach cramps. Hoping to start increasing the dose on my to better support my gut. I am a little sensitive to dairy so can’t do the recommended dose. I like it a lot better now and can’t wait to see how my fall allergies are! Gut health and brain health are directly related, it would be nice to have my gut health improve with this product and eating more natural fermented foods. Long term brain health is so important.
