This KitchenAid attachment set is the real deal with authentic quality finishing. They work very well with our tilt mixer. The fit to the mixer is perfect. This is important as some knock-offs don't fit well to the mixer and may cause damage to parts. The pasta roller does its work effortlessly and gives the perfect sheet of the desired thickness. The cutter is sharp and gives very even and clean cut strings of pasta that don't stick together. Lastly, can't say enough about the quality of the set. So glad to have paid slightly more for a quality set that really works instead of settling for less expensive versions.

As with everything made by KitchenAid, this attachment set is absolutely worth it. You can tell there was real care put into the manufacturing and design. The pieces are made of strong, sturdy metal and function smoothly without any hiccups. Attaching and removing them from my stand mixer is quick and effortless, and once they’re in place, they work flawlessly. The rollers create perfect sheets of pasta, and the cutters make clean, even noodles every time. It’s so much easier than using a hand-cranked machine or struggling with a rolling pin. The box even includes a handy cleaning brush to help keep everything free of flour and dough after each use! Yes, the price is a bit higher than some off-brand versions, but in my experience, the premium is absolutely justified. The native compatibility with my KitchenAid mixer and the undeniable quality make this set a fantastic long-term investment for anyone who enjoys making fresh pasta at home.

安価な物もたくさんありこの価格でちょっと迷いましたが、他のモールを検索するともっと高いです。 届いてみてその重さにびっくりしました。やっぱり頑丈に作ってあります。 キッチンエイドに取り付けてみてもガタなど無くしっかり装着できました。 ローラーもカッターもとてもスムーズに動作します。何度かパスタを作りましたが、固いデュラムセモリナ粉のパスタも楽々伸ばしてくれます。使い勝手はとても良いです。

The real deal. I love these 3 pasta makers, not only are they beautiful and heavy they make beautifully even sheets for lasagne and perfect fettuccine, I am yet to make spaghetti. I’m hooked on making beautiful tasting pasta now. Highly recommend as they are sturdy and I believe they will last for many years to come.

He utilizado dos de los tres, me falta utilizar el de espagueti pero no se batalla nada para montarlos y para usarlos. Una vez “planchada” la masa al grosor deseado es pasarla por el cortador de fettuccine y listo. La tabla con las velocidades y espesor es de mucha utilidad. Lean antes las instrucciones de uso, no se lavan; se limpian con la brocha incluida y una toalla de cocina seca. Update: ya utilicé el de spaghetti y quedan delgados y muy ricos. “Mucho mejor que los comprados” fue lo que dijeron en casa. Me han hecho muy feliz porque me encanta la pasta y con esto la puedo preparar cuando quiera. Valen mucho la pena.
