Wow. As someone who has constipation, eats wheat gluten where i shouldn’t due to intolerance buildup can get bad. I wish i read the ingredients before buying, the Senna dose in each capsule i think is too strong, you’re basically taking laxitives everyday however i hope the other ingredients help recover the gut at the same time. I physically do not think i could ever take two capsules together 🤣. I fear my body will only rely to digest with laxitives. I do not want to be dependent on such product i hope it will be easy to come off. Yes like other reviews plan well when you take them, me personally 1st night worked in 12 hrs, 2nd night worked in 8 hours tonight i will take even later as i fear it’ll work quicker over night. With this remember to re plenish your electrolytes, drink litres of water, peppermint tea, easy clean foods on your tummy. Few cramps, 3 cramps , 3 toilet trips in a row then i’m good. Personal experience everyone elders may be different! I am very satisfied and happy with the clear out i didnt know my body was capable of storing. Currently quite bloated but i know it will go down and i’ll have a flat tummy, can’t wait.

Wow I wasn't expecting that! Took my first ONE last night. A few cramps this morning but man I feel so much better. Onwards and upwards we'll in this case downward and out!

Worked really well for me took 1 tablet for a couple of nights then took 2 after that.Like some other reviews don’t go to far away from a toilet, no cramps though

This really does flush everything out and I now understand why it says to take it at night! I’ve never been on the toilet so much since taking these as they really are detoxing my bloated menopause stomach. I think by day 15 I would have had enough though as my stomach is constantly cramping and I’m going to the toilet far too many times, often with loose stool. Pro is a less bloated and flatter tummy. Cons are a cramping stomach and the need for the toilet.

These tablets work well but I wouldn’t advise taking two unless 1 doesn’t work for you which I highly doubt. Some cramping second night but not too bad.

Be careful, this stuff is very strong. It definitely works and works well but almost too well. I took just one tablet and it hit me like a laxative. I ended up with bad stomach cramps and spent the next couple of days emptying everything out, bad enough that I had to take time off work. I do feel much better after it’s done its job, but the process itself was not pleasant at all. If you do take it, I’d strongly recommend doing so on a day off, early in the morning, and be prepared for a rough evening. This is not something to take casually or before work.

I have tried everything so i thought i would give this a go! I wantes to use this to get rid of the blockage in my gut, the bloated belly i seemed to have gained with being middle aged! I took one tablet at night woke up the next moring earlier than normal, i had cold sweats, anxiety and really bad tummy cramps. Once i had got passed the first morning p**p i still had cramps. I went back to sleep for a couple more hours. I felt fine in myself. The cold sweats had gone, the anxiety became background noise. I ate something small and that passed through me. I upped my water, but couldnt eat for 24 hours. As thats how long one stays in your system. Save to say it worked. My belly is flatter. I am able to eat again. However, i will not complete the full 15 day course.
