I've had other flavors of sleep pastilles that I prefer, but these are still pretty good. Not overly sweet either, which is great. They are soothing, moderately effective, and are kind of a hard gummy texture. You suck on them like a lozenge. In fact, if you have a little tickle in your throat, and can't sleep, these are the answer. The container is clever and we re-use ours for all kinds of things.

Excellent sleep aid - fall asleep quickly and stay asleep with no ‘fog’ feeling at wake up. I take 2 every night.

When I do take them, I happen to fall asleep one or two hours later. That said, I don't know if these actually work or if I fall asleep because I am too tired to stay woke. The taste is OK, berry with barely any added sweetener. The texture is like a hard candy got confused and almost became a gummy, if that makes any sense. That said, you can chew it if you want but it will stick to your teeth badly. Lastly, I felt like an idiot when I first opened this tin. You push the top of the tin (like a button) to get it to open and squeeze the crimped sides to re-close it. There might be instructions on the back explaining this but my tin came covered in Amazon stickers that wouldn't peel off.

My daughter suggested I try these and for the first time ever I can remember my dreams when I wake up in the morning. This makes me think I am sleeping deep enough to get to the dream state. I wake up fewer times through the night and wake up feeling rested in the morning. I did not think I had a problem sleeping but it just got better. I take one gummy every night just before bed. One time I chewed 4 because they taste so good and the dreams were weirder than I prefer so back to just one before bed.

Purchased this upon recommendation of friends 'holistic' mother. I've battled insomnia for quite a while & take a small drug store supply of meds these days:( this may not meet my needs specifically, but I wake up mid-sleep with dry mouth & these lozenges are great to keep moisture in my mouth after drinking & it's unique 'cup' design allows the lozenge to 'suction cup' to the roof of my mouth, so there's no threat of swallowing during sleep ***ALWAYS USE CAUTION WHEN SLEEPING WITH SOMETHING IN YOUR MOUTH***

They work as they will help you fall sleep. I somehow bought the black currant as this was the only available flavor. Smells like cat pee (that's how someone next to me described it), the taste is not the best either. Buy it if you like black currant.
