To emphasize how decompression supposed to work it’s pulling more than half of your weight from your lower body part. These inflatable belts that can be squeezed with two fingers are nothing more but a hype.

With lower back nerve pain, not much has helped. This product did help by increasing the vertebra space, making the pain less. It's a bit pricey, but I wish I would have got it years earlier. Thank you!

The belt helped with some relieve in the past with the central disc herniation at L4/5. However new purchased one didnt help the pain from right side one foraminal stenosis L5/S1 and in fact made the pain worse. Not sure if I could return it
