Got this to pair with our Hohem iSteady M6 gimbal and S22 Ultra and it works great. Very impressed with the build quality and design. The range appears to be excellent and so is the sound recording. Sound quality is impressive for the price. The plug & play set-up is also fantastic. The only issue I had was that because my phone case (S22 Ultra with UAG case) is so thick, I had to use a rotary tool to shave off a bit of material on either side of the USB plugin. Everything works great now. Love it and would buy it again.

These mics are excellent! I needed something versatile for presenting in-person, making video tutorials, and vlogging on-site. I’ve tried a few other wireless mics and they were sub par, too clunky, or too expensive. Decided to try this one and I’m impressed. First, it’s super easy to use, with little to no technical learning curve. Plug in the receiver and turn on the mic, they pair, and you’re good to start recording on whatever you want. No third party app or install needed. The two buttons on the side are all you need to make your adjustments, like hit record, mute, reverb, noise cancelling, standalone and more. It’s fairly easy to remember which does what because they’ve made it pretty intuitive. This is great since you don’t want to have to fiddle or try to remember things before presenting or filming. The light on the mic gives an easy indication what setting you’ve placed it on. The sound quality is fantastic under all modes. I usually do my super scientific hair dryer test (stand about three feet from a running dryer and test mic modes with the mic about 6-7 inches from my mouth) as a standardized and controlled comparison for NC mics and earphones to determine the quality of sound with and without NC. The NC mode is excellent in even the standard, removing about 50% of the noise. Under strong, I’d say it removes about 80-90% even with the noise that loud and close, which is impressive and much better than the several I’ve used before. Even under such a loud environment, it picks up and isolates the voice well. even when the mic isn’t right at the top of your shirt. There’s two ways to pin the mic, by clip and by magnet. I’m really happy with how thin but strong the magnet is. It doesn’t add bulk but it definitely won’t slip off either. I found the range for the wireless mics to be very good. I’ve gone as far as three large rooms from the receiver and it can still pick up despite obstructions like walls, etc. However, if you do lose connection, the indicator light will start to blink and notify you it’s lost connection. This is a nice feature to make sure you know now rather than after that you might have lost range and therefore content. I’m most impressed with the battery! It lasted way over three hours on one charge once; I was blown away. The case itself is convenient as it adds additional charging on the go between sessions or filming if needed. The lights on the front of the charger show you level of charge and what mic is being charged. In all, the value and features that you get for the price is excellent and I’m very happy with it! I havent been able to test this as it comes without an iphone connector. Just what I think is USB C. So I have given it a low rating. My own fault for not looking closely at the specs, but these days ....

Déjà utilisateur du Hohem M7, dont je suis vraiment satisfait, j’ai eu envie de rester chez Hohem pour compléter mon équipement et tester leurs micros. Et clairement, je ne regrette pas mon choix. Que dire, si ce n’est que la qualité est clairement au rendez-vous ? Avec ce matériel, Hohem confirme qu’ils sont en train de devenir un véritable « game changer » dans le paysage audiovisuel. Je pense que la concurrence, jusqu’ici largement dominée par une seule marque, vient de trouver un sérieux challenger. La qualité sonore est vraiment excellente. Et derrière, sous DaVinci Resolve, quel plaisir ! Plus besoin de tordre le son dans tous les sens pour obtenir quelque chose de propre : la base est déjà très bonne et ça change vraiment le travail en post-production. Petite remarque, histoire de chipoter : c’est presque frustrant d’avoir un tel niveau technique, un son impeccable — j’arrive même presque à m’écouter sans me détester ;p — et de constater qu’aucun petit espace n’a été prévu dans la boîte pour ranger les bonnettes. On a un produit incroyable entre les mains et on se retrouve avec nos deux bonnettes en se disant : « Surtout, je ne dois pas les perdre… » sans pouvoir simplement les ranger et les protéger dans la boîte. C’est vraiment le petit détail qui aurait rendu l’ensemble parfait. Enfin, concernant la fixation, c’est très bien pensé : on peut utiliser les clips ou les aimants selon les besoins et la situation. Bref, une excellente surprise et un complément parfait à mon Hohem M7. Qualité de fabrication, polyvalence et surtout qualité sonore : Hohem place la barre très haut.
