Easiest way to chamfer metal for welds imo but a small issue, easy fix tho...
So as you can see in the picture, you can absolutely burn thru chamfers QUICK with this tool. All those tubes in the pic and about double that amount have been chamfered with the original blades on this and I'm still going (you get a lot of spares btw)! I had done all those in my first day with it and barely knowing how to use an air compressor so if a noob like me can do it I think anyone can! I set the regulator to 90 psi, the depth is set to 0.7 for these deep chamfers I wanted. I set the speed on the tool to max, and then I learned to shave off a little at a time to start with. That initial bevel you'll want to get as deep as the tool will allow per your depth setting by shaving off a little at a time. Don't try to shove the tool against the tubing and take off the full depth in one pass or it'll skip around on you. Tense your muscles on both arms so the tool doesn't skip around and the tubing stays as still as possible. One you establish a full depth bevel in a tiny section you can push the tool hard inward and ride that bevel at full depth around the entire perimiter. Basically that starter section gives the tool like a rail to ride on and will help keep it from skipping around on the rest of the cut if you keep your arms tight. Or you can just "small passes" your way around the entire thing. It's probably better for the cutters that way but I'm impatient. NOTE that I do have a pretty chunky compressor to run this thing, it's old but the specs are high. 5HP, 20 gallon and ~12 cfm (got online for 60$ facebook marketplace). I also read online that you want a thick hose and not too long one either so you don't lose pressure as much on tools. My hose is 3/8in and 8ft long if that helps, it was 12$ at harbor freight. Like I said I think the tool, if run with a strong enough compressor is VERY safe, the exposed cutting bit is a tiny little triangle that you'd have to be TRYING to touch. In contrast trying to do all these bevels with an angle grinder or a sander would have taken forever and one slip up might have you getting cut by the blade or worse. Not to mention you'd never get anything as uniform as this with either of those tools imo. Now for the only negatives I've had with this so far. There are little pins holding the switch arm onto the device, these pins aren't locked in place, peened or anything like that. They are just friction fit in, and will slowly back out on their own from the vibrations the tool makes! It's nothing major since the arm is just really a safety for the REAL switch which would still work if the whole thing came off but still. It didn't take long for these pins to start walking out on me, I put a small glob of industrial hot glue on both sides of each pin and so far they've stayed put. Hopefully keeps that way! Another small nitpick is the grub screws holding the depth setting also like to back out from the vibration. You need to REALLY crank on those screws with the key once you get your setting or loctite them in or the tool will start changing depth on you mid-cut, ask me how I know! All in all would recommend, I really wish someone made a battery or direct wall current version of this tool tho. Having to wheel around this giant compressor and dealing with air hoses, etc, is kind of a pain. But as far as I know no such tool exists, so honestly for the results and efficiency this tool gives you it's worth the hassle imo.

Tool is definitely legit
Don’t let the price deter you. This tool is legit. How long will it last is the only lurking question. We are using it for quick rounders on shelving. Simplified the process and sped the process up.

I LOVE this little tool
i purchased this tool on a whim to try as a deburring tool in my shop. while not perfect, this little thing rocks. the surface finish on hard materials isn't perfect, but adequate. steel and aluminum are easier, with a bit of cutting fluid and multiple passes i really like this. there isn't much to the tool, think router and a die grinder. it does both well. the air fitting it came with didn't fit my Amflow connectors, but i have extra nipples on hand for that. the anodizing on the depth stop could be hard anodized. but it isn't a deal breaker. normally these little problems would result in a drop of rating. but this little look is SO handy in the shop. I LOVE it. It isn't perfect, but damn it fills a need better than anything else. the above pics show the finish at full depth of cut. im sure i could have cleaned them up a bit more but it wasn't needed. great tool, i think i will buy another and turn the depth stop down to have a unit that would get into tighter areas.

Noth worth the money and you still need to clean up the mess and rough edges it leaves behind
I thought after reading the reviews this would be worth the price! IT IS NOT!!! It leaves some mess and makes it slower to finish the chamfer! just use a normal NOBO deburring tool as it much faster and clear or a nose grinder and your prep and finish will be 4x faster and more consistent! PLUS cheaper too! just not worth the money you're spending on this tool. I been fabricating for 20 years and thought a tool might be cool, but it's not helpful, and the normal way is still the better way to go about it!

Well made, comfortable in the hand, cuts smoothly.
So far I've only done a couple test passes. The tool feels solid and well made. It didn't arrive with the depth guage present, but it only took a couple minutes to set it. The guage is accurate, it cuts smoothly and doesn't bog down. I'm running off a small compressor and it seems to keep up just fine. The variable speed adjustment is great considering I'll be cutting stainless. Overall I'm very happy with this tool.

surprisingly well made…
So far so good. I’ll post an updated review in a year or so after I put it to work in my work shop.

NEED TO BE GIVEN A CHOICE FOR ORDERING NON-FERROUS OR FERROUS CUTTING BITS.
GREAT LITTLE TOOL, THE ONLY PROBLEM IS MINE CAME WITH ONLY NON-FERROUS BITS NOT FOR STEEL!!!!! THEY SHOULD GIVE YOU A CHOICE FOR WHAT BIT YOU WANT OR AT LEAST SEND ONE PACK OF EACH.

Bof
Prise en main pas terrible, l'air sort directement sur la main, désagréable. Efficace mais n'attendez pas de bons résultats sur du matériaux dur.
