Super Bright
These bulbs are way brighter than I expected. I have them in yellow Depot housings on my bugeye WRX and they're awesome. They look much better than the bluish LEDs they replaced that resulted in a horrid green tint with the yellow lenses.

Very Bright But Also Very Hot so will melt your housing if its plastic
Was in nice packaging and super bright but just to hot for my reflective housing. Also very very yellow especially with yellow overlays

Not very yellow
They're bright and all that but they definitely are not as Amber as I would have expected. They really are a pale yellow.

Hella Xtreme Yellow YL H3 Bulbs
Works just as expected with a nice yellow color, and running strong over a month later with a lot of night driving use.

Not worth it!
Ought these bulbs thinking they would be yellow as described in the description, but I was wrong. Out of the box, the bulbs were BARELY yellow. I’m not sure if it has to do with the age of the bulbs or the fact that they probably sat in the packaging for a long time. They yellow tint was barely noticeable and once I installed them and turned them on, they looked like normal halogen light bulbs. I didn’t even bother to make a return on these, out of fear that the company may repackage them and sell them to another unlucky person, so I threw them in the garbage. I ended up ordering the yellow LED lights and those are PERFECT. 1 star for these!

Work just fine but not very yellow.
They should be called somewhat yellow, not extreme yellow. They're just as bright and only slightly more yellow than the factory halogen bulbs. You can barely tell the difference in the photo (Hella on the driver's side and factory on the other). They work just fine and fit right in. I'm glad to have both lights working but I'm disappointed with the color.

Improved lighting with Hella Xtreme yellow bulbs
I love the extra lighting from these Hella Xtreme yellow H3 replacement bulbs. They really light up the road and can be easily seen by other motorists making me feel more confident while riding at night. I recommend these bulbs for riders who ride on poorly lit roads or intersections.
