Good but little poor mic sounding and no mute button

I had previously bought the black version of this one and it worked amazing, it's great for podcast and works as a good cardioid mic. It's a decent price for the quality, so I decided to get the pink one too. Unfortunately, the pink mic was defective and no matter how much I troubleshooted it, it wouldn't give me the same quality as the black one (same model). I reached out to MAONO, and their return process was smooth and hassle-free. After confirming the issue, they promptly arranged to send me a replacement. It was a good and fairly hassle free customer service considering it was out of the 30 day Amazon return policy.
