Good budget pinpointer
After looking over pinpointers on Amazon I settled on this Ulhund. It was shipped with ground shipping so I had to wait patiently just over a week for it to arrive and when it did, the Amazon box had come open, but thankfully the Ulhund box was still inside! Tested it out at my local park and it worked beautifully. Saves a lot of time and energy of trying to locate the object in the hole or the plug. It uses a 9 volt battery that comes included and went down one bar in the 2 hours I tested it. It reacts with increasing intensity when you get nearer to the object and has a sound and vibrate mode, flashing lights and a display panel with bars showing how strong the reading is. Its fully waterproof and has sturdy casing. For the price range its everything it needs to be.

Not a bad choice if on a budget.
For the $10 I paid these are very good and are worth ? $20. They're a little bigger than most and slow to boot-up. Stable from what little use I've had. They have a max detection range of 1.5" - 1.75" to the flat side of a US quarter. Why did they stupidly make them basically a camouflage color? I can't comment on durability. If you detect a lot you may want a name brand one, they will perform better and should at $80-$125

Great depth !
This pinpointer beats out most of the higher priced name brands as far as depth is concerned . Was really surprised . Just hope it holds up well .

Well constructed detector with mice carry sleeve.
Works great! Very sensitive and carry sleeve fits good . It’s also a good looking detector that feels well built.

Good range
I have several pin pointers. I rate this one up around Garrett’s pp2 as far as sensitivity. It activates around 5 inches away from the target. I can feel the vibration “But” I cannot hear it at all. My girlfriend says she can hear it ok but I have tinnitus so it must be the same pitch or my hearing might be that bad. The thing is, I can hear my Garret pp2 just fine. I can’t speak for the waterproofing. I don’t trust that aspect on any pin pointers.
