Good headphones
I have bought several headphones over the last couple years. I bought some Razor V2 and V3 which I found to be very underwhelming on the volume. I also bought the V1 Corsair wireless and those broke after several months. Qaulity issues with side panels falling off and keeping a charge after just a few months. This Alienware headphones are a clear winner for sound qaulity of the 4-5 last headphones I bought. They are loud! I can increase the bass and other settings to get even louder. I really like to crank my Metal music in these. The mic hides away in itself which is awesome. Zero issues with setup and I know some mentioned problems with software but I had zero out of box. Im running a slightly new rig and windows 11. Something I REALLY like about these headphones is the fabric is like top notce on these. They are comfortable without being massive headsets. They are much smaller than my previous models and has a longer battery life too. Crazy! The material is super high qaulity on the ear muffs and head strap. Like nicest of any model ive owned in last 5 years.

Nice sound and fit
Has nice sound and supports dolby atmos. Easy to set up and use, and no connection issues so far. Happy with purchase

Super disappointment
Purchased December 19th, opened for Christmas, worked wonderful! As a glasses wearer these were super comfortable. Surprisingly on February 11, for no known reason, they stopped connecting. I troubleshooted on Dells website, updated both dongle and headset successfully, still didn’t work. Troubleshooted the reason for the colors (real flashing) and confirmed the issue- continuously trying to pair. But it’s connected. But searching. I’m outside my return dates. And now I’m stuck with an expensive paper weight or headband. It doesn’t work. Don’t lose your money.

Best Headphones I’ve ever heard at any price. It just happens they are a tremendous value.
I’m extremely impressed with these headphones. I have and have had most of the high end brands of headphone for one thing or another, (Beats, Astro, other Logitech G series, Turtle Beach, etc.) and while some of them had great connection reliability, but maybe lacked a bit in sound. Or perhaps the sound was amazing but the connection was susceptible to interference, and I settled for Logitech G Series Astro A50’s. They were good, but are susceptible to radio interference, and the sound is only OK +. When I plugged these Alienware Trimode headphones in, they were both installed with recent enough drivers. The Alienware Commamd Center (which I had installed as I am running an Alienware Aurora R16 gaming rig, plus an Alienware monitor and wireless keyboard. The Alienware Command Center found and installed the latest firmware for the headset, as it had with the monitor and keyboard when I installed them. The sound is amazing (these corrected an issue I was having where I couldn’t hear anyone talk in game. The sound is also superior to the A50s on every way the highs are higher and pincher and the lows hit lower than any headphone I’ve ever heard. These are a seal at $129.99 in the white, but a true value either way. I can’t recepkment them any more highly.

Don't listen to youtubers
Lot of negative reviews about this headset. 1st off the ones I watched on youtube, None of the de boxers bother updating firm ware or activating Dolby Atmos before the music test... I did both before I even listened through them, as suggested by the install/user instructions giving in box and have no idea what they are talking about when they say "bad sound quality" I even listen to Breathe by Pink Floyd. the surround was great. Was not over powered by bass as other reviews state. The only two down falls I'm not to thrilled with is the command center, why do i need another game launcher? alien ware needs to drop that and make the command center like MSI companion focus on product feature only. in addition the location of the usb charge cable is a a bad location. Other than that, great head set. Don't listen to youtubers that can't even update firmware and follow directions on installation

Comfy/9
9/10 sound The sound isolation, separation and bass in these is phenomenal The battery life is nutty. Ex customizability, and all the eq is done thru the dolby atmos app. Comfort is solid, suspension system like steel series with fabric earcups instead of nasty sticky leather. These got bad reviews but don't let some yt sellouts deter you from these. Easily the best headset I have used in the last 5 years of gaming for me.

Genuinely horribly no audio from the right side when gaming, and difficult to connect to your pc. Save your money if your thinking on purchasing this it’s too expensive an hard to connect to your pc an when your gaming you only hear from one ear and the microphone is horrible.

1. USB cable is missing . 2. Definitely looks like used one. 3. Not worth the money . Hi-res not the worth . Sony is better.
