Love these caps ! True to size.

My expectations were low for this cap. I bought it for a costume party. After I ironed out the wrinkles, it looked really good. Seems to be pretty sturdy too. I love the way it feels with the inside liner. It's nice and cool and it seems like there's a good amount of air between the top of the hat and my head. I'm probably going to get a lot more use out of this cap than just my costume party. I paid attention to the reviews about it that said the cap runs large. My head measures out at 23 1/2", which is around 59.7cm or 7 1/2 hat size. That would be the smaller end of the range for a Large sized cap. I ordered a Medium and it fits perfectly. I hope this helps with sizing.

This is a nice looking, light, and comfortable cap to wear during the warmer part of the day, or to spend the evening in the beach bar with style, and surely it protects from the rays of the sun. This looks so much richer than the genuine baseball cap and is only of advantage to be worn over that stadium-style. But be advised, these caps are obviously running a bit large. I usually wear size L (60 cm head circ.) but this tends more to be sized as an XL (61 cm - 62 cm). Well, there is a trick to make it fit tighter by just rolling the seam of the rim to the inside, it looks as if meant to be like that. In fact, I would have been serviced well with size M on this cap, but I still think it is a great cap for the buck. And the linen liner keeps the head cool and feels and wears fantastic! Last but not least, a little ironing may be needed to get some possible knicks and faults straightened out, but that's expected of a linen product. Enjoy and go in style! You may even stand out!

This brand makes great hats. Sizing recommended is accurate. True to size. Seller very helpful with questions. I have purchased 4 thus far.. While the lining is a nice feature, and the padding around the head band as well... ...despite being a linen hat, I tend to grab and wear the unlined hats more for summer. These should be hand washed only and not placed within a dryer. Naturally the lined hats fit a bit tighter due to the above, however not size altering. They can be altered a bit depending how you like to wear them. Stretched a bit larger soaking in cold water while using objects of sorts and towels stuffed within, or shrink a bit in hot water. FWIW

Nice light fabric (I love linen), definitely fit a bit loose even for my pumpkin. Stitching was off causing the sweatband to stick/roll out along the bottom edge. Spent some time hand sewing the bill down better, and the sweatband to fit better; using some linen thread. I am pleased now after the modification. Not too bad for the price. I have one of their wool caps and its made much better.

I own several of the 8-panel BOTVELA caps and they are all very well made and fit me perfectly. The linen is especially nice IMO. It's featherweight and with a slightly looser fit than the cotton caps. That's nice when the weather is hot and humid. The material is nice looking--something I worried about before ordering since it's hard to tell much about it in the photos. And the price is outstanding! I still wear baseball caps and my faithful Tilley hats but the 8-panel hats are one of my favorite designs. It's looser than a baseball cap and the extra space in the crown allows for more comfort. The linen cap is superlight and great for summer wear.

This hat looks great in the pictures, but it's deceptive. The material is an extremely poor choice. It's made of this plastic material which comes with crease marks and won't fool anyone who's looking at it. The material advertised is linen which I admit I don't feel like I have a great deal of experience with, but I'm not completely convinced that the hat is actually made of linen. If it is, then shame on me for purchasing this hat. In either case, the choice of material is extremely poor and results in an unaesthetically pleasing hat and one that I worry would quickly degrade. I returned this item, went to Target and purchased a much higher quality hat of the same style for the same price.

Si no conociera la marca y las comprara por primera vez las calificaría con 4 estrellas ya que por el precio pensaría que es un buen producto, pero la voy a comparar no con otra marca sino consigo misma en productos anteriores y si se nota un deterioro en la calidad de la tela y el corte! Mis gorras anteriores presentaban una tela mucho más suave y ligera! Este nuevo modelo es rígido y hasta acartonado considerando que es “lino” que hoy si me preguntaría si realmente es 100% lino.
