I've taken other supplements before so I decided to give these a try. The first thing I noticed is how quickly I could feel them take effect. They also worked well, and the effect lasted for quite a while. The side effects were less than other ones I've taken - a little bit of a headache and some dryness - but those are greatly outweighed by the benefits. I would recommend them to others.

This really works starts kicking in 10-15 minutes and last for about three days. No side affects no headaches after. You can have an alcoholic drink if you want. Will be purchasing again.
