With this light, with some practice, they have been able to get some very good results.It produces a very bright light with many different modes, we particularly like that it can be controlled from a phoneIt’s easy and light enough to use with one hand if you are trying to do a close up shot, the Bluetooth is a good feature to control the brightness from my phone or sync with my shutter button. The build quality is great. Very sturdy. The controls on the phone is very responsive. No delays and the whole setup was very easy. So was the instruction. Clear and easy to follow.I’ve been using it for my cake business and my experience has been really good so far and has met all my needs.My only thing against it is that for that price it would be nice to come with a stand or tripod to attach the light onto.

This product was sent to me for review, as part of Amazon Vine. The below is my own real-world experience of using it.It comes well-presented, as part of a very comprehensive kit which also includes a storage/travel bag, elasticated diffuser, and Bowens mount adapter (very handy, if needed!). Every component is of high quality; the light itself has a robust build, with a sleek finish and compact design. I particularly liked the hand grip/clamp; it has a very smooth, rubberised coating that feels very ergonomic, whilst also being very light - holding the device up is not a challenge at all.Thanks to the very long power cable supplied, you get a lot of flexibility in terms of the device's placement. I was able to gently wrap some of the excess cabling around the stand I chose to use with it, as well.Setting everything up was straightforward, because the controls on the light's panel are clearly labelled, and pretty much self-explanatory - I was able to experiment with some of its selection of pre-installed light effects, within a few minutes of switching it on. You can also pair it with the Neewer app, which allows for a more 'remote' programming experience. Again, pairing took virtually no time at all, whilst the app is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to tweak all of the settings to your preference.For such a small device, it is very powerful - lighting up a small/medium space is a cinch. I did find that the diffusing sock helped soften the light quite a bit, even though it seemed thin (you could of course attach something more substantial, if needed). Similarly, the special effects were realistic, and intense.In summary, the Neewer MS60 is a good value item, and would make a fantastic addition to a novice filmmaker's kit bag. Recommended.

This could have been good/excellent customer serviceWhat's in the box1 x NEEWER MS60 LED Video Light1 x power lead1 x Soft diffuser sock1 x Bowens Mount Adapter1 x light case1 x instruction manualBuild and material qualityThe overall build and material quality that you get with the NEEWER MS60 LED Video Light is nothing but exceptional, with the only drawback that I can comment on and that is to do with the power plug that goes into the light itself only going in halfway?The unit that I had did give me an issue, of switching off once you got to 60% brightness or above, which was very confusing, since the light itself would work happily and constantly if it was on 58% brightness or under, so I'm assuming that there must have been an heat issue above the 59% brightness level.In all fairness Neewer resolved this issue ASAP once I contacted them, so hats off to them for a very quick customer care resolvementSo with all the above in mind and fantastic customer service I'm happy to highly recommend so it's a 4 out of 5 stars from me
