Much too often, I come across and bolt or nut that could use a 15 degree angle to ensure smooth install or removal. This set gives you all 3 common sizes from 3/8, 1/4, and 1/2. Plenty of durability and impact resistant without much issue. Great appearance and function. Already uses to install screws on dashboard without hitting my windshield and prius throttle body filter removal without pulling out small socket due to window wiper low clearance.

A must have tool if you do any amount of mechanic work, it’s saved me a few times in really tight spots with my air impact gun!

3 different sizes, built decent for impact use. Used them on different types of mechanic jobs; brakes ,engine, coil spring shock replacement. I've had other brands some broke off the bat, others lasted for awhile, when it comes to constant impact use these are decent. Nothing lasts forever especially on seized bolts.

Ok remember that Neiko is a cheap Chinese tool maker. They don't even have a website. For the person who said "hey these are better because they are Made in Taiwain and not China"... Taiwan IS China. Ok on to the tool quality. General construction is good. Tools swivel without binding; there is a noticeable roughness due to the surface finish. This will eventually wear down and the action will become smooth. The ball is pre-tensioned with a spring, so if you have never used this type of U joint, then know that they are not intended to be used in applications where you push down on the wrench while turning (like trying to get it to grab a worn nut). They use a collar to hold the cross pin, which is why they are bulkier than other brands. One trick for non-impact use is to use the 1/4 joint with some 1/2 to 1/4 adapters. Sometimes that will fit in tight places better. I generally use these with hand tools, but I tested them with a couple impact wrenches on various nuts and bolts up to around 200 ft-lbs and had no problems. I personally wouldn't trust them much more than that. Collar diameters are 1.20, 1.07, 0.72 inches. All swivel to 24 degrees. These are incredibly useful and a very good value.

Solid build, helped me tremendously with tricky angles. I have replaced the car control arms for the 2nd time and I can't express enough how much easier it was to torque the bolts to spec.
