Just received the product today and got right to it. Cleaned my wedding ring, my herringbone gold chain and my wife's chocolate diamond ring...The Wedding ring - Did a pretty good job. This piece had never been cleaned in the 43 years that I've had it. I only gave it one treatment but may give it a second later.The Herringbone gold chain - As it is a herringbone piece it required a second treatment (dip, brush, rinse, repeat). Came out sparkling. This piece had not been cleaned since I last got it out of the pawn shop 35 years ago ;)The Chocolate diamond ring - My wife was really impressed with the outcome. The diamonds sparkled again like when I first presented it to her some time ago.I'm very satisfied! (I did take photos but did not include them as I didn't think it did the results justice.)On another note, the dip tray design issue has been fixed! It is easily dipped and removed. Be sure to remove the brush first, upon receipt, before removing the tray for the first time.

You cannot buy a better cleaner for gold diamonds, sapphires, or rubies. Place a Jewelry in the included basket. Swirl it around. Leave it for a few minutes. Retrieve the jewelry and rinse with cool water. Don’t do this in a sink unless the drain is covered! Don’t wanna have to call the plumber to take the drain apart. Dry with paper towel towels. Your precious stones will look like they just came from a jeweler and were professionally cleaned. I also recommend the delicate cleaner for pearls opals and emeralds and the silver cleaner. My daughter has a Sterling charm bracelet that looks new every time I clean it for her. Easy and super effective.
