I purchased this product based off the reviews, I had done some research on "Is it really hard to lose weight after gallbladder removal? " I had my gallbladder removed a year ago and since then I haven't been able to lose any weight I actually started gaining, And I was constantly having heartburn ,indigestion problems and none of the doctors warned me about the weight issues or indigestion issues once my gallbladder was removed, except that I would have to eat differently and told me I might want to look up some information on gallbladder diet. I discussed the weight issue again with my doctor and she put me on Phentermine.... still nothing. That's when the research started and I came across these capsules, between the reviews and everything I was reading it sounded really good so I bought a bottle to try it. I take 2 to 3 capsules at every meal depending on how starchy or fat content of the meal. if it's high in fat and starch then I will take three. But it definitely works!! My food started digesting like it was supposed to no more heartburn or indigestion and because of that I believe that this is what has helped me with the weight loss. When I started the bottle my weight was 226 I went back to the doctor yesterday for a regular checkup and I am down to 207. I am also now on my second bottle of the ox bile salts and I would say it took about three weeks to start noticing the weight was coming off. I take them with me everywhere, I will not be caught eating anything again without these pills to help with the digestion process. If you're missing your gallbladder and you're having trouble losing weight and you're constantly having indigestion and heartburn I highly recommend these pills!!

Highly recommend for anyone without a gallbladder. After 35 years suffering with diarrhea and constantly watching what I eat when, this is an amazing miracle for me. No need to constantly look for bathrooms. Would rate a 10 star if I could. I can now enjoy eating out without interrupting my meal to use the restroom. Will not let my supply run out for sure.

So I bought this because I have had no gallbladder for over 23 years. No one ever educated me telling me needed something to help me. I have never really had issues with my stomach or going to the bathroom until this year(started wheat belly lifestyle). So I tried this. I am on my second bottle. I guess I feel slightly better, but I get diarrhea with this, and I'm talking bad. I have lowed my dose to maybe one or two pills and introduced a stronger probiotic first thing in the morning and that seems to help. The second bottle that I bought has a weird taste and smell compared to the first one. But not bad enough o stop taking it. Will give this 2nd bottle at try.

I had my gallbladder removed in 2000. I had no idea just how important the bile produced was to our bodies functions, I was told before, and after, the surgery that nothing would change. However the first thing I noticed was my sudden intense dislike for anything that tasted the slightest bit greasy. While I know that's good from a cholesterol standpoint, it meant even the slightest grease/fat taste on something was very distasteful to me. While I'd never been a big fast food eater, nor did I deep fry anything at home, I was surprised to see that even low fat foods affected how I began to chose my meals. Then the constipation began. While I do work with a pain management dr. due to multiple back and neck fusions, and those medications can cause constipation, my issue was over the top. For years I've battled constipation, attributing it to probably having IBS and the pain meds. in my system, so when I saw a video on youtube about the need to give your body bile salts if you've had your gallbladder removed, I was instantly interested. So I bought this bottle and for the past 3 weeks I've been using it. It doesn't have any smell (I read some review complaints about that), and the capsules are small. I've taken 1 to 3 at a time, with and without food, for three weeks now. It could be that because I've had constipation for so long that it's taken a while to change my system, but today I finally had a nice normal bowel movement with no pain or strain. I'm going to continue to take this bottle and will be ordering a second bottle as the joy of having a normal bowel movement is wonderful. For those who've had their gallbladder removed, really struggle with constipation and have tried all methods of dealing with it (enemas, diet changes, drinking tons of water, etc.), I suggest you give these a try. I'm not a medical dr., so I can't endorse these from a professional standpoint. I am simply a layperson who's been looking high and low for help, and I'm hoping that I've finally found the answer to my issue and can return to eating foods I've had to give up.

THIS REALLY WORKS!!!! This has been the best product I have ever taken for my Gallbladder digestive issues. I no longer have a Gallbladder, and had been struggling with many digestive issues for years, until I found this product and gave it a try. The pills are small, easy to swallow, and definitely work when taken just before my meals (No more bloating, burping or gas like before). So, If you are struggling with these types of digestive issues, then this is the product you have been looking for. I highly recommend this product.

I was hoping very much that this product would help me with pain that may be a result of Liver/Gall Bladder, but I was wrong. That said, it did help my son like a miracle and he will buy this no matter the price. I found it quite expensive and with no help with digestion of fats and gall bladder issues I will not be buying this same product again.

I have been without my gall bladder since 2003. I'm now 40 yrs old and Female. I've been suffering with acid reflux for a really long time. Recently it has become a little more intense. I found information on line that without a gall bladder you should add in bile salts to help. Let me tell you that it really does. (1st) let me say this is the smallest pill ever! It has a smell to it but if you don't sniff it and just take it fast you will be fine. (2nd) my acid reflux has pretty much gone away when I take these. It kind of appears later at night but I think that is just when the pill is tapering off. So I just pop another. I'm not recommending that for you though. I am not sure how many you are supposed to take daily. You need to test this just like anything else and do what works for you. (3rd) when I take these I am no longer hungry. I am somewhat broken since the removal of my gall bladder so I am always hungry. It doesn't matter what I eat or when I eat I am always hungry - so this is a HUGE BLESSING that was totally unexpected. Maybe I will be able to stop visits to the Diet Dr which is $120 a month. That may also help me get off of the diet pills that I have been on for way too long. I have to take them to suppress my appetite otherwise I just eat and eat and eat and eat.... I follow a naturopath who specializes in gall bladder problems. gallbladderattackdotcom I tried several of her nutritional recommendations, but this one is the simplest and has real-time results. If you know that your pain is coming from your gall bladder--under right ribs and around to the center--and comes soon after eating, it can be because your gall bladder is struggling to push out the bile it needs to digest something you recently ate, but the stones are impeding the flow. (I am not a doctor or a digestive specialist, this is what I picked up from the naturopath and other sources.) Taking extra bile salts helps break down the fats and over time may reduce the size of the stones. I had recurring pain, then after a cleansing diet, no pain for months, and now I have occasional pain after eating eggs or meat. I take one of these and within half an hour, no more pain. I do recommend going to the website I named above (but didn't link) to get more thorough advice. I just noticed that I last purchased a bottle of 180 a year ago. So, if you don't have an immediate problem, you don't use it. This makes it a terrific value with a predictable result. Note: I don't know the cause of your pain, I am only reporting on my own experience. I do have gallstones, but I didn't have a surgery. Half the naturopath's patients have had their gall bladders removed already but still have problems

Ordered two bottles of ox bile, and opened them just now. All the capsules are rotten or have gotten bad. they are dark black in colour and look exposed to moisture and sunlight. the bottles were sealed when they arrived, and both the batches turned out to be spoiled. I cannot return them now because the return window has passed.
