FG0392 Fuel Pump Module

Perfect fit for my 06 Sierra and peace of mind knowing it is a quality part that won't have to be replaced anytime soon.

Fits 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3L 4WD Z71 Crew Cab. Comes with o-ring and fuel level sensor. Need a 10mm fuel line disconnect tool to remove one pressure line off old pump. Draining fuel tank and using a fuel tank cleaning kit is indicated in instructions. Highly recommend setting bed/box on tires and bumper vs the prop up driver side only method if you diy. Much safer and easier to get connectors and lock ring off. Plenty of resources out there to watch due to plenty of connectors and bolts need to be removed and replaced. Also, an impact driver with some extensions makes bed removal, and replacement, a lot easier.

Works perfect. Genuine Delphi part. Aftermarket parts are not reliable.

I purchased in January 2023 for my silverado...it worked great for a few weeks after install...Then my truck would just spin over an not start. checked an I had very low psi on my fuel rail. Went to local parts store got a replacement..I have tried contacting Delphi for assistance but no reply...I think I should get a refund I would expect Delphi brand would last longer than a few weeks..I have tried contacting the online support with no results..

I would definitely recommend this over the cheap pumps that you see everywhere. My only complaint is that amazon does a poor job of checking vehicle compatibility. I had to go to Delphi's website to confirm that this would work for my truck. For reference, I have a 2005 Silverado CCSB Z71 and this is the correct part. It is not the correct part if you don't have a 5.5 foot bed on your truck.

Delphi manufactured the fuel rails for my 05 Silverado so made sense to buy this pump. Local auto parts stores wanted close to $400. So far I'm impressed, not sure if it will out live the 275k miles the original pump did but time will tell.

The rod that goes to the main body and retains the spring wasnt right. Broke the plastic tab off that holds it in place with the tiniest bit of pressure installing. I put it in anyway and works so far. It's the right pump, includes the o ring, good product but I must have got a defect

Pump works great so far! Well packaged in box.. Seems to be great quality pump. I heard Delphi supposed to make the OEM fuel pumps for GM . But i dunno how accurate that claim is.
