اولاً : المنتج وصل مفيهوش سكوب ودي حاجه زعلتني جدا لان مش عارف ازاي هحسب 5جرام يوميا لكن صديق لي في الجيم اداني واحد زياده عنده ثانياً المنتج عليه QR بيفتحلك لينك وجمبه مربع بتخربشه وتدخل الكود في الموقع يأكدلك انه منتج اصلي ثالثاً : ان شاء الله هبداء انهارده اول يوم ليا اجربه وهجيلكم بعد 6 اسابيع اقول حاسس ب اي وتقييم الكرياتين نفسه رابعاً : انا جاي بعد 3 شهور خلصت الكرياتين في شهرين و جبت ليمت ليس وحرفيا فرق كبير جدا جدا عرفت قيمه ابتيموم بجد فرق في الباور و فرق في الاستشفاء و فرق في بلورات المنتج نفسه وحاليا هرجع تاني اطلب اوبتيموم لان الفرق شاسع بينه وبين اي منتج تاني بجد

This product stacked with the ON whey protein Gold is a combo for any serious gym goer. I used to use combo mixes that contain both creatine and protein, but this product is the way to do it, and you wont find a better price any where else. If you are looking for strength stamina, and optimum (excuse the pun) performance, then this product is for you. Pure Micronized creatine, plus a decent protein shake, and you would have cut out all the unnecessary carbs in other shakes. Eat well, and clean though, and do enough cardio to keep you pumped.
